Powered by a Genuine 420cc JD Engine the BBT 9000 Series Mulcher uses latest technology allowing you to feed branches up to 8.5cm in diameter straight into its massive 340mm chute! It's both powerful and quick. Feed branches into the oversized hopper and watch them instantly turn into valuable mulch.
Feed bushy branches or straight out thick timber into this weapon and watch as the multi-directional adjustable discharge spread valuable mulch to your desired location. And with the ability to attach or feed direct to bag, you can take your mulch anywhere!
The BBT 9000 Series Mulcher also features twin-cut blade system - an amazing system that virtually doubles chipping output. This makes the 9000 Series the most powerful chipper on the market - truly a fantastic machine!

PLEASE NOTE: The driver will be unable to unload this item due to WH & S, if you do not have unloading facilities on site (i.e forklift or tractor) you will require a tailgate delivery at an additional $95 delivery charge, or you can also pick up from a local depot. Someone needs to be onsite to sign for receipt of the item.
This beast eats the branches like the cookie monster eats cookies. Really easy to assemble, the battery lead problem has been fixed (nice long leads). Just be careful if you're towing it behind a car on uneven surfaces - take the bumper feet off first as they will likely strike the ground and can bend.
Starting instructions were a little unclear. Make sure the fuel lever (to open and close fuel flow) is positioned to the right (open), and choke lever to the left when first starting. Otherwise, awesome.

Ordered 17th,arrived 18th very good delivery.Assembly was simple, except for the battery and cables which were clumsy at best.Fuel cap is in an awkward spot, but o/all seems like a solid unit.Chipped 60mm wood with ease, but leaves are left nearly untouched, which doesn't matter in most gardens, but in gardens close to house I would only chip branches without the leaves.Loved the big feed in shoot, chews up any shape branches,no need to worry if branches are not reasonably straight

Went to together well, very well made and a solid unit.
Started easy, and ate everything with ease.
Looking forwarded to using around my property.

Ordered item on May 23 and delivered 3 days later. TNT courier very helpful, placing item exactly where I wanted. Had the same battery terminal issue as the above reviewer, same solution. Assembled fairly easily on my own, but two would make it easier, it is a solid unit. Powerful engine appears to be a copy or rebadged Honda as in my lawnmower and pressure washer I have had over ten years. Starts easily with or without battery. I was pleased to see that the twin blade chipper came with an extra pair of blades, all reversible.Very happy with the large blades and hopper, made short work of long lengths of branches, with little or no need of trimming. The only disappointment is that it wont do palm fronds, but still trying different combinations. Very happy with the unit after 8 hours of heavy work or more. Definitely the best chipper/mulcher I have used

Eventually Received item after numerous issues with TNT . well packed . Limited instructions on the assembly of the machine but with some time went together easily except for the battery terminals. They were on the opposite side of what is required given the lengths of the positive and negative terminals. Solved problem by cutting zip ties and re routing the negative wire . Started easily and appears to be well built if not on the slightly expensive side for a chipper. Have used the chipper now for 6 hrs. Appears to work well except thick branches chip down to about 300 / 400mm and then turn sideways causing the branch to bounch up and down the chute of the chipper. Only way around this is the feed another branch in with leaves etc still on and it appears to eventually chip the branch. I found alternating btn bushy and thick branches works well and will chip 80mm with ease. All in all not a bad machine to date
