Bigger Boyz Toyz offers a 1-year parts warranty on all products used for domestic use from the date of purchase. For all commercial use, a 3 months parts warranty period applies, unless specified in the item listing. All conditions below are based upon the product being faulty or not performing as described. In the instance where a return is required the purchaser is liable for any shipping cost. Warranties will only be determined by a Bigger Boyz Toyz Technician upon inspection.
Warranties do not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner that is not described in the instructions.
Warranties do not cover consumable parts/spare parts. Consumable parts are defined as any part that can be used up or worn out during normal use. The example of the consumable parts are; Bars, Chains, Blades, Teeth, Tynes, Brush cutter heads, Brush cutter line, Recoil Pull start, Pawls, Wheels. For deliveries within Australia of items up to 20kg and within 1m long, we use Australia Post's eParcel service. For Larger items we use a courier service; please note couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a valid day time delivery address. To ensure your orders are delivered safe and sound you will need to sign to accept delivery. You must be home to receipt delivery of courier delivered items. Re-delivery charges apply.

This is the best little saw I've ever used, so light but can handle most jobs. 5stars for sure. Thankyou Roy
Got off to a rocky start with it, due to the instructions stating to use more oil in the ratio than normal. Sent it back to BBT but it started ok for them, they must have used the correct ratio. When I got it back so did I and haven't had a problem since. It cuts timber to the full length of the bar no problem. For 18cc's it's a powerhouse. It is definately my favorite saw. Thanks BBT, I will definately buy another.
Good quality bar, chain and carburettor. Great chainsaw for the price. Bought it to replace my dead top handle chainsaw and this one is of much better quality and only slightly dearer. Very happy with it's performance. Very happy with my choice. Thank you
Only had saw a week but it as already proved its worth easy to use very light easy to use with one hand leaving the other hand free to hold onto a ladder only rated it at 4 stars because I have had it long but I feel it's going to be a 5 star
