BBT's 420cc 15/20HP Electric Start Wood Chipper and Mulcher

Ideal for turning your garden waste into valuable mulch or woodchip, The BBT Mulcher is a must have for the professional tradesman or home gardener. Powered by a 15HP 420CC 4-Stroke Engine, The BBT Mulcher is capable of reaching chipping speeds of 2900RPM, making it the most powerful portable chipper on the market today.

Fitted with the patented X16 Floating Hammer System with Shark Tooth Technology, The BBT Mulcher provides 30% greater efficiency than standard models. In addition, it comes with a huge 128mm x 80mm direct feed chute, as well as an oversize hopper to fit those bushy branches. It also features an Adjustable Discharge throat, allowing for the accurate placement of your woodchip.

Jam packed with impressive features, the BBT Mulcher has been fitted with the highest quality High-Speed Steel Chipping Blade, Forged Hammers, a Low Oil Alert System, 12" Pneumatic tyres, and a Trailer Hitch giving you the benefits of easy portability over rough ground.

    BBT 15/20HP ELECTRIC START MULCHER CHIPPER

    Very happy with this machine so far. Had a big stack of timber and bark to mulch - and spend the last few hours getting through about half of it - with no problems. It's a heavy machine but has plenty of grunt and I never felt I was streching it to its limits. Haven't tested it with large eucalyptus logs but it has no problems with 3 inch dried cypress pine or with big bunches of eucalyptus bark. Electric start is neat extra but not really needed. As with all mulchers which have their exit chutes at ground level, you need to clear it every few minutes - I have a bucket on its side in front of the chute, and tip it into a wheelbarrow when it reaches capacity. Haven't tried using the collector bag supplied - worrying that you can't see if it's about to clog up. So far so good

    Electric start mulcher

    Had this machine delivered to my place, used it for the first time on the weekend stop started multiple times with no issues. It is a beast shredded everything i put in it.
