Great saw with backup from bbt

Posted by Paul Moran on 31st Aug 2016

Purchase the saw on 28 June and it arrived with faulty chain tensioner. A replacement chain tensioner was sent by BBT same day. A short time later the flywheel came loose whilst using it resulting in chewed woodriffe key & cracked flywheel. Again replacement parts sent immediately. Hopefully no more problems as the saw is just so good. it is reassuring to knowthatif you do have an issue BBT will provide great after sales support.

    Nice well balanced machine

I have only given the saw a few test cuts. My impressions so far is that it has plenty of power, is easy to start and sppears to be good value money. Cuts well. Hardwood is no problem.

Love it! Powers through hardwood like a hot knife through butter. Absolute value for money.

    Great Saw

Cuts as well as the equivalent Stihl just a bit louder. Free delivery was very fast and was $800 cheaper than the stihl!!!

    GREAT VALUE

Posted by Peter on 8th Jun 2015

Had to clean up a big tree and needed a large saw, enquired about hiring and was going to cost $100+ a day for 24" so bit the bullet and bought the 22", it only had to last 3 days and i was in front. Well this thing doesn't look like stopping, carves through big logs like butter as in the video. Lost one star as I cant get it to start as easy as they spruik . Go for it , its good value

    Impressed

Posted by Unknown on 1st Jun 2015

Have only got it recently. We had a big storm about a month ago,a lot of trees down.Been doing jobs with it for the last week, some of them were big trees, this chainsaw had no problem cutting through the big stumps.Very happy with this machine, the only thing is when I switch it off at the switch it won't turn off.Have to turn the choke on to turn it off (something minor) otherwise impressed.Have not had it long enough to give it five stars, will review again after few months.Any info on switch let me know.thanks guys
