Shipping & Pick Up

For deliveries within Australia of items up to 20kg and within 1m long, we use Australia Post's eParcel service. For Larger items we use a courier service; please note couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a valid day time delivery address. To ensure your orders are delivered safe and sound you will need to sign to accept delivery.  You must be home to receipt delivery of courier delivered items.  Re-delivery charges apply.

You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details should we need to contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.

Free Shipping

Items with free shipping applies to most parts of Australia, but areas including the following will incur additional postage charges: WA, North QLD,  NT, TAS and Island areas. Our staff will contact you after your order if you fall into these areas.

All shipping costs include insurance.

For items weighing over 50kg, a tailgate delivery is usually necessary for delivery to residential addresses. Our standard shipping includes this service. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the item from a nearby depot.

Shipping Time

All items are dispatched by Bigger Boyz Toyz within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times are based on the following guidelines:

  • 1 - 2 days - Sydney, ACT, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast
  • 2 - 4 days - Rest of NSW, Rest of VIC
  • 3 - 6 days - SA, QLD North, Perth
  • 5-9 days - TAS, NT, WA

Pick Up

Pick up is available at warehouse 2/3 Delta Pl, Albion Park Rail NSW 2527
Warehouse is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Thursday, from 9 am to 2:30 pm on Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
