What a beauty, this machine makes my work a lot easier and will save me money in the long run buying chips. The customer service is outstanding. I wasn't sure exactly how to start the Mulcher up, so I rang the staff and they couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend Bigger Boyz to anyone and have had a brag about my new toy to all of my fellow work colleagues.

Our Mulcher Chipper arrived two days after ordering, super quick! Does palm fronds through the chipper side, not through the chute though! Separating the twigs from the thicker branches takes time but the chipper produces nice fine chips, great for our garden. Recommended!

This isn’t a review about the mulcher which is excellent. It’s about BBT customer service. You see, when I started the machine for the first time I did so not realising a spare blade had fallen in. It caused fairly heavy damage. BBT replaced all damaged parts, no questions asked. That’s pretty good. You can read other reviews about machine performance. You won’t need anything more expensive for home garden maintenance. It’s a powerful and robust unit that chews everything from thick branches to leafy scrub. It’s easy to use and move around. But the icing on the cake is that BBT stand by their products and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service.

It’s as good as I hoped it would be, easy to assemble and takes the work I throw at it easily

After initial trail with general garden rufuse where it performed better than expected, though it did not handle damp grass&soil to well it tended to block up it did clear easly. I then attacked some heavey sticks and limbs and was very pleased with the machines ability to chip. very happy

We live in a rural area and we have lots of Bladey Grass - not much use other than as great mulch and weeds/weedy trees of all types.
This turns the grass into as fine a product assay sugar cane mulch which you would pay money for in the nursery .
Our experience - it absolutely dislikes wet or fresh weeds. I would say fresh saplings and tough (eg Eucalypt) leaves may be okay but yet to experience it. I have tried wet grasses, and fresh broad bean plants. They become damp mulch which doesnt flow through the machine and the grate in the shute needs to be opened for a clean out. Our worst experience was the first time of use when we used a small amount of wet kikuyu. The machine smoked terribly and we thought we had permanently damaged the machine. All was well we learnt a lesson and since then, apart from the broad bean experiment, as a rule, I only use dry inputs and likely woody fresh shrubs - which I havent got around to yet.
BBT service has been great and helpful.

Easy to assemble. Easier to start. Does a fantastic job mulching all the light stuff, but I am most impressed by the way it chips through all the branches. Made myself a T shaped push rod out of wood, just so I can stop the smaller pieces of branches from bouncing around inside the feed chute.

A great mulcher. A couple of hours to take your time and set it up and it runs beautifully. Particularly like the electric start. It is a great machine for home use. Wish I had bought one years ago.

The chipper has had a couple of hours use so far shredding prunings and chipping larger branches without missing a beat.
My only criticism is of the set angle of the towing hitch - larger vehicles have slightly higher towing hitches which in my case means the the rubber feet of the mulcher don't get off the ground without some improvisation!

We have a 5 acre property with lots of trees, shrubs and flowers. This mulcher is great for turning all our prunings into the most wonderful mulch for our garden. It is heavier than straw so doesn't blow away.
